When i got error, the error only show blank modal. How to fix this?
in the console i got error
Uncaught SyntaxError: Failed to execute 'write' on 'Document': Unexpected token '>'
and
Uncaught TypeError: window.ignite is not a function

Is it a fresh Filament installation? Could you provide more details about the project?

Yes its fresh filament installation.
Im running on my local machine (windows) but using docker.

i just create a model and has 1 column with unique code, and then i got error when try to input the same code.
I know how to fix the error, but i just want to know why the error from laravel not show anything, but in the network response i got the html error
