Feature: Add action to switch between panes

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

We already have the ctrl + shift + left arrow/right arrow shortcuts for switching panes, but the shortcuts are hardcoded and can't be remapped.

Adding actions for them will allow users flexibility to assign their own shortcuts.
