Feature: force all items (folders and files) to get same layout

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

in files app we have 2 settings for the layout .
one in the main sittings and the other on the folder toolbar .
in main settings if i set the layout to be GRID this will make all folders items display as a grid .
but if i set a folder/folders to DETAIS in the folder toolbar (before or after set it to grid in main settings ), this will override the main settings .
now lets say i set 20 or 50 folders to DETAIS in toolbar , and want them to be as the main settings .
here we need to force them to get same layout as the main settings .
but if force them then we cant set them in the folder toolbar , so we need 2 options :
1- force all the time , this will force the main settings to override toolbar settings .
2- force one time only , this will force the main settings to override toolbar settings one time only .

Requirements

1- in main settings set the layout to GRID (or any) .
2- in a folder's toolbar set the layout to DETAIS , it will be DETAIS layout overriding the main settings (this is not bad , this is very good) .
3- i have 50 folders has DETAIS layout that i set them before or after make change in main settings at different times .
4- if i want this 50 folders to be GRID layout , i cant do this in one click
5- so must force them to be grid one time or all time .

It could be I misunderstood, but is this requesting for a way to reset any folders where the folder preferences were overridden via the toolbar? If this is the case, you can already do this by toggling the setting to sync folder preferences on and off. This will reset the settings for all folders back to the default layout you choose in settings.
