Bug: App freezes when opening new tab with Home

Description

Hi, the app frequently freezes when I open Home tab. It does not even say "Not responding", it just freezes.

Event viewer did not show anything, but log does show something.

And no, I did not have the details pane open :D

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open new Home tab
2. App freezes

Can you also confirm if you have any network drives?

Still an issue. I can't click or do anything. When resizing the UI does not update.

I do not have any network drives. Only cloud drives.

Can you check if this still occurs after disconnecting any removable drives?

Seem like #15780, Does it happen only when opening a new home tab in an existing window?

I think that it only happened when opening a new tab that redirects to home.

Sorry I was not on my PC, I will try to use Files preview for a few day and then tell you. Right now it works without a problem, but so does on the stable release.

files app freezes on my hp pavillion 16 gaming laptop, whenever i open the files app, i have 20gb ram but every time i open the app, it crashes with message (not responding), then i have to wait for 5 minutes to work. also if i open a new tab, app freezes.
