Bug: Mismatch in Total Storage Capacity Between Windows File Explorer and Files

Description

I have noticed a discrepancy between the total storage capacity displayed in Windows File Explorer and the Files application. The total capacity shown in both is different, which consequently affects the available storage space. This issue leads to incorrect representation of the remaining storage.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to the homepage of the Files application
2. Right-click on a drive
3. Select "Properties"
4. Repeat the same steps in Windows File Explorer

Thanks for the report, Window File Explorer is showing it wrong as it calculates in 1024 (gibibytes) and shows it as a gigabytes where is Files switch to showing it in 1000 (gigabytes). There will be a toggle to chose this in the next update.
