Bug: Files randomly breaks use of the clipboard

Description

I have no idea why but several times since v3 the clipboard has stopped copying new or pasting existing content, using https://github.com/ThioJoe/Edit-Clipboard-Contents and going to Help > Debug info it shows Files has ownership and ending all instances of Files in Task Manager fixes the issue with clipboard.

The last action would be copying an item from the toolbar button but I don't know of any specific file/folder or location it happen on

Can you try to reproduce this with the debugger attached?
