#4746	Approved	Changing how CDM is represented in JSON when it is de-searialised. Changes around readability, esepcially around choice types by removing unncessary layers. No impact on CDM model, only how it is viewed in JSON. Dan pointed out the mechanism to allow this to go both way, and  Hugo verified that this allows for using both old or new formats.
