This is a follow up PR to the Start FDC Tools from Xcode
It modifies the tool to setup a template Firebase Data Connect project along with the Xcode project.
The template project is preconfigured with a simple single item schema and queries and mutations to go along with it.
The Swift Gen SDK is also preconfigured and all developer needs to do is modify it to point to the cloned data-connect-ios-sdk and
Start EmulatorReadme has been updated to include instructions on getting started with this template project.
The end result is that when the FDC tools startup there is already a preconfigured project to work with the Emulator.
If the Xcode project folder already contains a data connect project, the template project isn't setup (copied over).
