Missing the "test" directory in third_party/nvidia

Describe the bug

Following the readme, after installation, we should be able to run following instructions to do the test.

cd third_party/backendxxx/python/test
python3 -m pytest -s

But in the third_party/nvidia, there is no python and no python/test folds.
