Improve CLI and make more similar to `cvm-reverse-proxy`

Currently no way to parse in attestation type, and missing/inconsistent flags compared to cvm-reverse-proxy.

This is mostly complete with #22

Still need to add logging, and dummy attestation. Closing as they can go into separate issues.
