Use docker containers to spawn services #37
Description
The op-rbuilder integration tests requires downloading op-reth binary to run. It could be better if we used docker containers instead (i.e. the TestContainers crate library).
Rollup-boost works with docker containers for the same use case https://github.com/flashbots/rollup-boost/tree/main/tests/common/services
