SANTA conformance suite (Sigma-Aligned Node Test Appatatus)

Hi,

Past weeks I've been building the SANTA conformance quite, born out of need when two Rust nodes were being built as well as a typescript for of the sigma-rust libraries.
To make life easy, I already created a runner for Fleet, called Comet. This runs in the SANTA repo but soon can also simply be run from a checked out repo and instantly run conformance against the reference implementation.

Still a work in progress and contributions (especially graphics work / tags / badges) very much welcome.
