There is no length control over the queue. Breaking changes: - removed: queue_get_sender - removed: queue_call_no_wait - queue_call is changed to a sync method.
- Switch to using hash of func to avoid a strong ref with restored garbage collection.
Breaking: `Future.set_cancel_scope` changed to `Future.set_canceller` that now takes a callback rather than a cancelscope.
