Has anyone successfully built an APK with Rasterio?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to build an Android APK with Flet that uses Rasterio for working with geospatial raster data (GeoTIFF, etc.).

Since Rasterio depends on GDAL (C++ library), I'm having trouble during the build process (flet build apk).

My questions are:

• Has anyone managed to successfully compile a Flet app for Android including Rasterio?
• If yes, how did you do it? (custom wheels, building GDAL for Android, specific build flags, etc.)
• Any recommended workarounds or lighter alternatives that worked for you on mobile?

Any help or experiences would be greatly appreciated!
