Enhance Modeler Plugin Backend Code with debug information

Currently all errors are encapsulated in the plugin PL/SQL code.
A generic error message is emitted in the JSON output.
Enhance those sections to put detailed errors into apex debug log while preserving nice error messages to the frontend
