Missing systems-manager-ec2 file on fluent bit docs site

After consolidation by @alexakreizinger with #2177, the link on installation/downloads/linux/amazon-linux "this AWS Guide" in the Install on Amazon EC2 is pointing to code repo files with this link:

https://github.com/aws/aws-for-fluent-bit/tree/mainline/examples/fluent-bit/systems-manager-ec2

This happens if referencing a local file in the docs code, but the file is not deployed. Need to have it available in the fluent bit docs site.

just to clarify--do you want me to mirror that file in the fluent bit docs? I personally feel like it makes more sense to link to it, since it's an external guide (from AWS itself) and not content that we wrote and verified ourselves
