Code Review

This pull request bumps the core dependency from v1.2.0 to v1.3.1. Accordingly, the package version is updated to 1.0.1 in pubspec.yaml, and a CHANGELOG.md has been added to reflect this change. The changes are consistent and appropriate for a dependency update. I have one minor suggestion to improve the structure of the pubspec.yaml file for better adherence to common conventions.
