Code Review

This pull request effectively refactors the codebase to remove the deprecated "local ads" functionality. The changes are consistent across localization files, extensions, and configuration. The update to use fixture data for users in demo mode is a welcome improvement for testing. My only suggestion relates to the use of dependency_overrides in pubspec.yaml to improve long-term maintainability.

- Add dependency override for core package version 1.3.1
- Include TODO comment for future removal when newer version is released
- This change supports the removal of LocalAd functionality
