Connection expected to be closed when application is closed

Describe the bug

When an application with open connected connection is closed other applications connected to it are not notified that the connection is now closed. Therefore they can't react to it.

To Reproduce
Open application and create peer connection then close the application.

Expected behavior
The application connected to the closed application should received a RTCIceConnectionState.RTCIceConnectionStateClosed or RTCIceConnectionState.RTCIceConnectionStateDisconnected

I would like to echo on this issue.
I'm using cubit/bloc to manage state. So what I'd like to have is when peerConnection is closed or disposed, the plugin would notify listener in the onConnectionState call back with the disconnected state. That way I can do clean ups when the connection is closed.
Currently, when connection is closed, it's not notifying the onConnectionState call back.
