No indicator showing when run or debug flutter app

Steps to Reproduce

Install Flutter plugin on IntelliJ and run or debug any example app
It has no indicator as below when app is running on Simulator

When I run a java app it should appear like this

Interesting! I had never noticed that indicator. We have several indicators in the main tool bar but not in the tool window tab.

Still happening in latest IntelliJ with new UI
