1. Ownership and Copyright

Forsetti (including all source code, documentation, templates, scripts, and related materials) is a copyrighted proprietary software framework owned exclusively by James Daley.

No ownership rights are transferred by access to this repository.

2. Internal Use Only

Forsetti is provided for internal development purposes only, unless and until a separate written commercial license is granted by James Daley.

Use of Forsetti is limited to the copyright owner and any internal team members or entities explicitly authorized in writing by James Daley.

3. No Open-Source License Granted

This is not an open-source license.

No rights are granted under MIT, Apache, GPL, BSD, or any other open-source terms.

4. License Requirement for Outside Developers

Any outside developer, contractor, company, organization, or third party that wishes to use, copy, modify, distribute, integrate, host, sublicense, or otherwise exploit Forsetti must first purchase and obtain a separate written license from James Daley.

Absent such written license, all such use is strictly prohibited.

5. Restrictions Without Separate Written License

Without a separate written license from James Daley, you may not:

  • copy or reproduce Forsetti in whole or in part;
  • modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works;
  • distribute, publish, sublicense, lease, rent, sell, or transfer Forsetti;
  • provide Forsetti as part of a commercial product or service;
  • expose Forsetti to third parties for development or production use.

6. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by James Daley.

7. Termination

Any unauthorized use automatically terminates any implied permission to access or use Forsetti and may result in legal action.

Upon termination, all copies in possession or control of the unauthorized user must be permanently deleted.
