Foggy Runtime CLI 0.1.25

Fixes member queries against the Runtime API and older RX endpoints (#148 in
foggy-data-mcp-bridge).

• Prefer /api/v1/members/{model}/{dimension} and validate the RuntimeEnvelope.
• Fall back to the legacy RX route only for an unstructured HTTP 404 indicating
  that the Runtime route does not exist. Permission and business failures never
  trigger fallback.
• Validate legacy RX success (code=200, an object payload, and an items list).
  Failed or malformed responses return a nonzero exit status.
• Preserve configured Authorization, namespace, member fields and pagination.

All 148 CLI tests passed. The actual CLI source also passed member-query smoke
checks against the fixed Launcher JAR. Engine member binding, field permissions,
and same-directory validation fixes are included in Launcher 0.1.30.

Existing query/model commands and the earlier verified offline demo stack retain
their contracts. Assets include the wheel, source distribution, Windows and POSIX
installers, release-manifest.json, and SHA256SUMS. Every asset except the checksum
file itself is covered by SHA256SUMS. GitHub is the authoritative release source.

Foggy Runtime CLI 0.1.26 internal trial

Internal trial candidate: foggy-runtime-cli 0.1.26

This is an internal development trial, not a stable release. The wheel was built from the local 0.1.26 configuration candidate and tested on Windows Python 3.11 (202 passed, 1 skipped) and installed in an isolated Linux Python 3.12 environment. It requires Python 3.11 or newer.

The tag points to the 0.1.25 base commit b7538e1; it does NOT contain the local candidate changes. GitHub's automatically generated source archives are therefore not the source of this wheel. The wheel is the exact candidate artifact. Do not treat this as a reproducible source release or a production compatibility certification.

Download the wheel and SHA256SUMS, verify SHA-256, then install the wheel with python -m pip install --no-deps in a newly created virtual environment. Do not run the older installer scripts or upgrade an existing installation. CLI configuration v1 is a development candidate. The Engine runs independently.

Adds foggy-runtime query open-in-viewer <model> --payload <file> to generate a
data-view link through the existing MCP dataset.open_in_viewer tool. The command
uses the configured Authorization header and namespace, verifies tool availability
before signing, preserves detail slice and aggregate having, and returns the
server-issued URL and expiry fields. No separate viewer login is required.

The configured server controls link lifetime and browser-session lifetime. This
CLI does not invent URLs, convert filters, or override TTL. Supported MCP paths
are /mcp/analyst/rpc (default), /mcp/analyst, /mcp/business/rpc, and
/mcp/business; use --mcp-path to match the existing connection.

Also includes canonical paired Skill discovery and updates the verified offline
stack recommendation to the verified Launcher 0.1.24 and Skill 0.1.18 releases. Existing Runtime API
query and model commands keep their contracts.

Assets include the wheel, sdist, install scripts, SHA256SUMS, and release-manifest.json.

Adds for versioned DEFINITION and RECOMPILED semantic-query evidence, including optional SQL and physical-name disclosure flags. Existing query validate/execute and model commands keep their protocols unchanged.

Adds an opaque data-plane / option. It is sent only to model/query/member/Compose routes, stripped on cross-origin redirects, and redacted from echoed responses.

Runtime APIs using securityMode=auth-code require the shared runtime code for protected management operations. Pass it with global --auth-code or FOGGY_RUNTIME_API_AUTH_CODE; the CLI sends X-Foggy-Runtime-Code.

Public Foggy AI analysis onboarding uses three release inputs:

1. Install this CLI release.
2. Download the paired foggy-ai-analysis and foggy-semantic-query Skills v0.1.17 from https://github.com/foggy-projects/foggy-ai-analysis/releases/tag/v0.1.17.
3. Download Foggy Runtime Launcher foggy-runtime-launcher-v0.1.18 from https://github.com/foggy-projects/foggy-data-mcp-bridge/releases/tag/foggy-runtime-launcher-v0.1.18.

The sales-drop public demo should run with the Java runtime default SQLite datasource and:
