Foggy Runtime CLI 0.1.25

Fixes member queries against the Runtime API and older RX endpoints (#148 in
foggy-data-mcp-bridge).

  • Prefer /api/v1/members/{model}/{dimension} and validate the RuntimeEnvelope.
  • Fall back to the legacy RX route only for an unstructured HTTP 404 indicating
    that the Runtime route does not exist. Permission and business failures never
    trigger fallback.
  • Validate legacy RX success (code=200, an object payload, and an items list).
    Failed or malformed responses return a nonzero exit status.
  • Preserve configured Authorization, namespace, member fields and pagination.

All 148 CLI tests passed. The actual CLI source also passed member-query smoke
checks against the fixed Launcher JAR. Engine member binding, field permissions,
and same-directory validation fixes are included in Launcher 0.1.30.

Existing query/model commands and the earlier verified offline demo stack retain
their contracts. Assets include the wheel, source distribution, Windows and POSIX
installers, release-manifest.json, and SHA256SUMS. Every asset except the checksum
file itself is covered by SHA256SUMS. GitHub is the authoritative release source.
