Managing Cabrillo Template Fails v0.51.0

Thanks for the Cabrillo export. While adding a new Cabrillo template, I now get a warning and no save:

I don't think I received this with the most recent previous version.

It would be a bonus if Cabrillo Export's Station_Categories would hold the last set values. Assisted, Station and Transmitter are usually the same settings at this QTH, but these need to be changed or filled in each time. No big deal, but wanted to use the above issue to request this.
