Is there a way to manually save or delete the current session?

When using multiple sessions in the same neovim instance I sometimes want to save the current session without having to quit neovim. As for deleting, sometimes a session gets too cluttered and I don't want to start manually closing buffers/windows/etc so I'd like to delete it.
