When installed with vim-plug, the Trouble command is not defined.
Who to install Trouble with vim-plug ?

I had the same issue with Packer. You need to run the setup() function after installation. So add: -

lua require('trouble').setup()

somewhere in your nvim startup script. This will setup Trouble will all the default options as listed in the README
