What does this PR do?
Node variant of TreeContainer does all the "fs" stuff. It does it in context of
cwdwhich isundefinedon web.This change lets a tree's ctor define cwd so web extensions can use it with the project path as cwd, for source tracking
I think this could be helpful for testing and other "I don't want cwd" scenarios :shrug
Testing note: this is well-covered with existing tests that don't use the cwd option (I know because all the snapshots broke with my original version of this) b2d8938
