Zencoder coffee mode not executing commands.

it wont execute commands, even the ones under "do not ask about commands below" to which i have added some relevant commands to my project.

whenever i ask it specifically to run commands, it says ok ill run this command, and then starts reading or creating a file. it doesnt actually ever run commands. When i say Your settings give a list of safe commands you can run without permission, you can run terminal commands it says youre right let me do it, then keeps reading or writing files, then finally says "im not able to run commands in this environment" and then gives me instructions on how I CAN RUN the commands..

like i know how to run the commands i wanted YOU to lol its really frustrating. anyone else having this issue? VS Code Insiders

I've had this issue before. Command have been running fine in coffee mode for the last week or so though
