[Feature Request] Scroll when dragging a commit

I’m trying to drag a commit with the mouse, but right now it can’t be moved beyond either **Interactive Rebase** window or **All Commits** view boundaries.
- It should be possible to scroll with the mouse wheel while dragging,
- and the window should also auto-scroll when the cursor reaches its edge.
