clean template for go project

Usage

Install SAO first.

$ yarn global add sao
# or
$ npm i -g sao

From git

$ sao zcong1993/template-go my-project 
# first time
$ sao zcong1993/template-go my-project --install

auto build

Auto build depends on travis, install travis, then use $ travis encrypt YOUR_GITHUB_TOKEN --add deploy.api_key config the encrypted api key
