Targeted surveys are shown to unidentified users #12
Description
Surveys that have a segment connected with them should not be shown to the unidentified users (users with no userId). This is not the case right now in the react-native sdk, all surveys, whether they are targeted or not, can currently be shown to all users irrespective of them being unidentified or identified.
This was fixed in the js sdk in this diff. This change should also be made in the react-native sdk to make sure it behaves in the same way as the js sdk and targeted surveys are not shown to unidentified users.
