Updates field names to match fields used by recipes and adds Landing Page content type and Call to Action paragraph to the starter kit.
Note that for the time being, nothing included in the Drupal starter kit is optional (we're working on that), so you'll need to ensure that the Landing page content type and all paragraphs are both created in your local Drupal install and exposed to GraphQL. If testing locally, you may want to start with https://github.com/forumone/drupal-project/pull/202 on the Drupal project side.
