Most noteworthy here are stylelint-config-standard, which gets a major update that introduces some new linting rules (one of which resulted in too many false positives, so I turned it off), and typescript, which is now at 5.8.
Does not include updates to a couple WP starter kit packages that require additional dev and testing first. Opened separate issues for those.
