Ticket Component: Ticket PDF Download on Confirmation Page Returns HTTP 500 Error

Users receive the ticket PDF via email but cannot download the ticket PDF from the ticket confirmation page; clicking the download button results in an HTTP 500 error.

Steps to Reproduce

• Complete a virtual ticket purchase https://next.eventyay.com/a-team/pgday/
• Go to the ticket confirmation page
• Click Download PDF
• Observe the HTTP 500 error.
