Hard coded dimensions in splash_screen.xml

Expected Behaviour

Removing hardcoded values will enable the contributors to easily change dimensions in dimens.xml.

Steps to reproduce it

1. Add dimension in the dimens.xml with suitable name.
2. Replace the hardcoded values with values reference to the dimens.xml.
