Update contribution guidelines with how to squash commits #1480

Actual Behaviour
It seems there are new developers checking out the project and many sending pull requests. But they seem like not following contribution guidelines. It is common to see that they find it hard to squash commits into one.
Expected Behaviour
We better provide steps how to squash commits and have a nice pull request without much of a hassle.
