OpenCode Notch v0.3.1 — panel sizing fix
Fixed
The expanded panel no longer collapses into a thin strip on hover.
What went wrong in 0.3.0: the panel sized itself with min(440px, calc(100vw - 18px)) and min(640px, calc(100vh - 18px)). OpenCode Notch resizes its native window to fit the collapsed pill, so the renderer viewport was only about 226×38 px. The panel was therefore capped at roughly 208×20 px and got clipped.
Fix: the panel is back to a fixed 440 px width with a 640 px max height, and the viewport media query that only ever matched the collapsed window has been removed.
