feat(examples): add verified Mars Genesis output logs with live web search citations

3-turn smoke test for both leaders with working Serper API:
- Visionary: 18 citations, chose Valles Marineris, experimental drill, bioremediation
- Engineer: 20 citations, chose Arcadia Planitia, atmospheric extraction, hydroponics
All citations are real URLs from live Serper searches (NASA PDFs, AGU papers, AIAA)
