docs: route the AgentOS-side paracosm page to paracosm.agentos.sh/docs
The page on docs.agentos.sh is the AgentOS-side overview of the paracosm extension. Adds a top-of-page tip block that points to paracosm.agentos.sh/docs as the canonical API reference, plus a direct link in the inline navigation row, and a sentence in the landscape section that links the structured-world-model blog post on agentos.sh. Readers landing here looking for full paracosm documentation now have a clear path off this page.

Paracosm is a **structured world model for AI agents**, built on AgentOS. Start from a prompt, brief, URL, or scenario JSON draft; compile or ground it into a typed `ScenarioPackage`; pick leaders with different [HEXACO](/features/cognitive-memory) personality profiles; and watch their decisions diverge into measurably different trajectories from an identical seed. The reference scenario ships as Mars Genesis: a 100-colonist Mars settlement running from 2035 to 2083 across six turns.
