Fedora 39 is about to become EOL in a few weeks. In order to remove support for it we need to: 1. Remove references to the FPF-maintained PySide6 package in our code (see https://github.com/freedomofpress/maint-dangerzone-pyside6/issues/5) 2. Remove Fedora 39 from CI actions and instructions.
