Add support for stringsdict

An enhancement tip.

Currently, the script only works with Localizable.strings.
It would be great to add support Localizable.stringsdict that help in plurals translations.

@michalsrutek This is a very good suggestion. I have personally never used Localizable.stringsdict yet. I am a little low on time at the moment so If' you want to try and tackle this, feel free to experiment :)
