This PR introduces the following modifications:

  • adds autoflake to enforce flake8 automatically
  • adds bandit to prevent vulnerabilities
  • adds precommit to avoid mistakes in PR
  • fixes linting
  • prevents globbing in docker entrypoint
  • removes unused function in env collection script
