Fixed broken links where possible.

Fixed some book images.

Deleted some resources that just seem to have disappeared (or been archived from fsprojects).

Note, the @dsyme article "How to reference F# in a research paper" seems important, but I've deleted it as the link is broken and I can't find an alternative source that works.

There is one outstanding broken link which I need some guidance on: http://fsharp.github.io/FSharp.Compiler.Service/
