Removed "unaffiliated" tags.
Restored how to reference f# link to the "publications" page.
Removed links to User Groups and Speakers Programs links.
Removed the "Visual Studio for Mac" instructions.
Note, I've also removed the "Member Roster" link entirely for now, as the link on foundation.fsharp.org also seems to be dead.
