[Bug] Binding an activation key no longer works

I noticed a regression with v2.0.0, where I am unable to bind a trigger key properly.

Trying to bind Shift

Trying to bind Meta (only)

Expected Behavior

Binding the trigger button to the correct value.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to bind a trigger key for snapping
