[Bug] Layout Editor - Unable to drag a newly created zone to the right edge without resizing

Description

Bumped into this small bug earlier. When creating new zones in the layout editor, I can't drag the zone to the right side without resizing it from the right first.

Expected Behavior

I should be able to move the newly created zones to any corner or edge of the layout area.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new zone or clone an existing one in the layout editor
2. Try to move it to the right edge without resizing
