GTK Wave Viewer Auto Run

This will automate the steps from this site. http://www.dspia.com/gtkwave.html

1. It will download the necessary files.
2. It will auto-run GTK wave
3. The next time you run, it won't redownload the files again and it will start the GTK wave immediately.
4. You can get the exe binaries on the binaries folder. or you can build the exe using the source code:
5. The software was built using C# on Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition.

Instruction.

1. Extract into a folder.
2. Run the exe. If you got an error, run the exe as an admin (right click on the exe > Run as Administrator).
3. You may need an admin rights because it will put the files on c:\gtkw
