Issues viewing 3D shapes

Hi there, thankyou for your project.

I have having trouble getting the 3D files to show up in KiCad 6.0.1

Here is their location (and location of git cloned repo):

Here is my paths:

Here is 3D models properties for Nano Every (for example):

And you can see 3D viewer does not show it:

I am wondering if you have any ideas why its not showing?

Oh BTW I think for Kicad 6.0 you want ${KICAD6_3DMODEL_DIR} instead of ${KISYS3DMOD}

I think FreeCAD is able to export step or wrl files, and should be able to import some of blender's export file formats

I think it turned out to be an issue in intial Kicad 6.0 release; viewing is fixed in Kicad 6.0.2
