Choose how big things look on the virtual display.

Install or update: run OuterSpace-setup.exe. It installs for your user only, in %LOCALAPPDATA%\OuterSpace, without administrator rights, and updates an existing install in place. The installer isn't code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may warn — choose More info → Run anyway.

New

  • Scale: next to the resolution, pick the virtual display's scale (100%, 125%, …) from the ones Windows allows at that resolution. A scale that suits a 1080p screen makes everything too big at 720p; now each can have its own. Your choice is remembered and comes back when you change the resolution or turn the display on again. If it doesn't fit a smaller resolution, the largest allowed scale below it is used.
  • The status tool now tells agents the display's scale.
