New rule "type-formatting" not linked in top-level README

In the project README, the "Rules" table at the end does not mention "type-formatting".

The rule documentation itself misses all examples.

You were probably looking at the source doc files (in .README). The docs are stored in /docs (or you can just click on the link in the README table now).
